Program Description

Blue Rain Car Wash operates a text messaging program for customers who have opted in. Depending on how you interacted with us, messages may include:

Responses and follow-up related to a form, offer request, or inquiry you submitted

Marketing and promotional messages about our offers, memberships, and locations

Customer care messages, including answers to questions and service assistance

Transactional messages about your membership or account, such as billing and account notices

Alabama Only

Blue Rain Car Wash operates car wash locations in Alabama only, and this messaging program is directed to residents of the Birmingham, Alabama metropolitan area. If you provide your mobile number from outside Alabama, you do so voluntarily and on your own initiative. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County or Jefferson County, Alabama.

If you provided your number in error, including where you intended to reach a different business, reply STOP or contact us and we will remove you from all lists. We do not send marketing messages to numbers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry or on any applicable state Do Not Call or Do Not Text register without prior express written consent.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, at our locations, or by texting us first, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Blue Rain Car Wash at the number provided. You represent that the number you provide belongs to you and that you are authorized to consent for that number.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy a wash, join the Unlimited Wash Club, or claim any promotional offer.

Message Frequency and Timing

Message frequency varies based on your activity and on current promotions. We send marketing messages during reasonable daytime and evening hours in your local time zone, and we observe the sending windows required by applicable law.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Blue Rain does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply based on your plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
